Sales Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for creating a pipeline of leads, engaging with potential customers, and determining the suitability of our company products/services to their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers through various channels
- Schedule sales demos and meetings to showcase our company's products/services
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy
- Set and track sales goals to increase revenue and report sales team performance results
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A graduate degree or certificate course
- At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRM
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
