Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team in Querétaro, México. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end order processes, providing exceptional internal and external customer service, and driving continuous improvement opportunities within the order process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fulfillment of customer orders to ensure consistent and reliable performance and customer order process from order placement to order receipt.
- Serve as a single point of contact for assigned customers and sales, supporting hyper-care customer situations for optimal service, including escalations and prioritization reviews.
- Communicate with customers during the lifecycle of the order process, including meetings and presentations, to develop and enhance business relationships with various partners, both internal and external.
- Analyze communications and platforms to reduce/eliminate pricing discrepancies, OS&D, and returns, while executing personalized customer logistics strategies.
- Trend analysis to drive continuous improvement related to order management processes and systems, proactively partnering with internal and external customers to identify trends and resolve order management issues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of Customer relationship management experience, with strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles, including customer service, collections, deductions, and related activities.
- Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and MS Office, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, strong negotiation and decision-making skills, ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, and solid time management skills.

Estimated Salary Range:
Roughly $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
