About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at IN003 Mercer Consulting India Private Limited. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to our Senior Leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders, including schedule management, project management, document preparation, and marketing presentation preparation.
  • Collaborate with other Administrative Support Specialists to ensure efficient execution of duties and effective teaming.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar, aligning with high-level priorities and goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add internal and external meetings, interviews, staff meetings, and follow-up meetings.
  • Develop a knowledge base of projects, key clients, and internal support functions to support business goals and objectives.
  • Perform other administrative duties, including booking business travel, organizing video conferences, processing expense reports, timesheets, vendor invoices, CRM contact data entry, and updates.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and build trusted relationships.
  • Liaise with other support departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative, hospitality, or customer service roles or other transferable skills.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM.
