Sales Engineer for Plastic Technology

Job Summary

As a Sales Engineer for Plastic Technology, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets for our products and related projects in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize key target markets and segments within the industry and implement focused sales initiatives to capture market share and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and engineering & procurement contractors.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and tracking sales performance and reporting on key metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability targets, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with project management and process engineering teams from HQ to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand the company's network within the region.
Requirements
  • Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Specialized Technician or Commercial Business.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of technical products within the plastic industry, business development, or account management within plastics or related markets.
  • English: Intermediate (Business).
  • A driver's license is a must.
  • Must be PC proficient – Windows and network systems.
  • A passport and US Visa are a must.
