Schneider Electric Norge AS is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Success Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Nurturing and developing client relationships to help clients maximize the value they receive from Schneider Electric's services.
  • Identifying and matching clients' needs with Schneider Electric's products and services to drive successful expansion and renewal.
  • Ensuring customer experience and satisfaction for Schneider Electric's contract service offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronic interaction with customers to ensure delivery on the customer promise and increase their use and resulting benefit from the services they receive.
  • Aligning with digital offers and recurring contracted services.
  • Low-touch interaction with numerous customers spread across the globe.
  • Context of low to medium expansion opportunity.

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of experience in related positions.
  • Quality knowledge of industrial processes.
  • Preferably, product knowledge in energy products, energy systems, and industrial automation.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
