Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives in Latin America.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the region.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with market needs and trends.
- Develop and execute product launch plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize the sales and marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales).
- Minimum 5-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in the stationery industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing sales and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time).
- Advanced English language skills.
- Competitive salary ($70,000 - $100,000 per month).
