Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expansion in the Latin America region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's mission to decarbonize the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and manage sales activities in the allocated region, leveraging your extensive sales experience and knowledge of Siemens Energy products.
- Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals, and presentations to new and existing customers, showcasing your ability to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Travel extensively within Latin America and occasionally internationally, up to 40% of the time, to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in business development activities.
- Sound degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- At least 8 years of sales experience, with a strong background in Siemens Energy products, particularly in Turbo machinery.
- Excellent knowledge of the industries in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, specifically related to Power Generation, Sugar, and Ethanol.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
