About the Role:

Sagan is a leading short-term rental property management company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in the short-term rental market, understanding local trends, competitor offerings, and legal regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, maximizing their rental income, and simplifying the management process.
  • Use data-driven approaches to demonstrate financial benefits to homeowners and craft compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of short-term rental market trends and regulations (preferred but not required).
