About the Role:
As a Customer Enjoyment Installations Analyst at Bright, you'll bring clean solar energy to Mexico by working with our Customer Enjoyment team and aligning them with company priorities. You'll act as the customer liaison, coordinating installations across Mexico to ensure a great experience.
Your tasks will include scheduling installations according to installer and warehouse availability, ensuring installers arrive on time and customers are ready. You'll also manage projects, implement daily checks to avoid cancellations, and troubleshoot issues for quality installations.
You'll be responsible for generating internal improvements, implementing feedback from Solar Technicians and Installers, and iterating current processes to automate them and make your process scalable through software solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- SQL skills and database analysis experience
- Concise and clear communication (Spanish and English)
- Excellent communication skills with several teams, including remote work environment
- Organized, comfortable with technology, and adaptable to rapid structural changes
- Patient and understanding when communicating with clients via Whatsapp and telephone

Compensation:
The estimated monthly gross salary range is $15,000 - $20,000 MXN.
