Customer Experience Coordinator

Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Coordinator at Courtyard, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting management in training and motivating employees
- Serving as a role model and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets
You will also be responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation. Additionally, you will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and respond to their concerns in a timely manner.
