Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our commercial activities in Mexico and LATAM for our Automotive and Industrial compounds business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional sales strategy, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and meet annual volume and margin targets.
- Lead the development of new business opportunities in alignment with Trinseo's business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal functions to discuss and define actions to realize targets and maximize financial performance.
- Own commercial excellence and commercial market intelligence agendas, running sales development projects and initiatives in collaboration with marketing and product management.
- Lead and participate in projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or product management roles in a B2B environment, with at least 3 years in the Automotive/Plastics/Chemical/Process industry.
- Proven record of successfully conducting significant business, with good business acumen and financial skills.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to balance long-term value add with short-term volume, margin, and WC goals.
- Ability to work in a volatile, fast-changing business environment, with common sense, responsibility, and accountability.
- Fluency in English and preferably one other major European language.
