Key Responsibilities

- Leadership and Team Development: Oversee and manage teams tasked with delivering products or services, which includes recruiting, training, mentoring, and cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Client Relationship Management: Forge and sustain robust relationships with internal product teams, comprehending their requirements, and ensuring that delivery surpasses their expectations.
- Business Alignment: Guarantee that delivery strategies are in sync with the company's broader business objectives, including revenue goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance delivery processes to boost efficiency, minimize costs, and improve quality, potentially through the adoption of new technologies or methodologies.

Candidate Profile
You may be an ideal candidate if your background includes:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. A master's degree, such as an MBA, is advantageous.
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience in project management, program management, or a related field, including leadership roles overseeing large teams and complex projects.
- Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with all organizational levels.
- Strategic Insight: Capability to think strategically and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
