We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Business Development Expert to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Job Description

The Customer Service Business Development Expert will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level customer service and ensuring on-time, in-full shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Delivering continuous improvement in reporting order tracking, billing information, and other key performance indicators.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience, particularly for ecommerce customers.
  • Serving as a strategic partner for Sales, Planning, and Distribution teams, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • To lead and participate in projects aimed at improving processes and controls.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • To analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in International Business, Sales Administration, Accounting, or Engineering.
  • Excellent English language proficiency (Intermediate-Advanced level).
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, process control, and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with VBA macros, Access, and PowerBI.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
