Customer Service Billing Resolution Expert

The Billing Dispute Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by effectively resolving billing disputes and inquiries. This individual will work closely with customers, internal employees, and carrier partners to provide detailed explanations, suggestions, and solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Research and resolve billing-related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.
- Provide clear explanations to customers regarding discrepancies, offer tailored suggestions/solutions, and obtain required documents for dispute submission.
- Submit disputes to carrier partners for resolution, maintaining follow-up with both carriers and customers until a resolution is reached.
- Process credit requests for customers and sales staff as necessary.
- A motivated team player with strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate eagerness to acquire knowledge and skills, expanding job capabilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to establish credibility and provide clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently and effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Marketing, Management, or other business-related fields preferred.
- 0+ years of experience in billing, collections, logistics, or related fields.
