- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, adhering to customer specifications and ensuring continuous improvement.\helpers>
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in quotes provided to customers and follow up on their needs.\helpers>
- Address complex customer issues and provide warranty support.\helpers>
- Collaborate with the sales team and customers to resolve issues and balance customer satisfaction and cost within warranty policy boundaries.\helpers>
- Offer guidance to account managers on product pricing, sourcing, and distribution methods.\helpers>
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.\helpers>
- At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role.\helpers>
- Green Belt Certification is preferred.\helpers>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).\helpers>
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.\helpers>
Language Requirement: Bilingual (Spanish and English)
