The Senior Solution Sales Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of business software and IT solutions, as well as excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales
- Work closely with the sales manager and team to develop and execute sales programs
- Collaborate with the regional VAT team to educate target accounts on our solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals
- Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and other key decision-makers
- 5+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
- Proven track record of target achievement and sales success
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, or Technology)
- Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred
