About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team at Sequoia Connect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
    • Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to collaborate on complex ServiceNow ITSM deployments.
    • Translate functional and technical requirements into implementation work packages and interact with various architecture, platforms, application, and infrastructure teams to design solutions.
  • IT Service Management and Process Implementation
    • Implement IT Service Management, ITIL processes, and Enterprise Service Management leveraging a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Conduct Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment for at least 4 years.
  • ServiceNow Application Development and Integration
    • Capture, document, and map current business processes while describing technical solutions in business terms with strong communication skills.
    • Develop ServiceNow Applications and Rest API-based integrations with 3rd party applications, possessing a thorough understanding of ServiceNow platform development.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate in multi-vendor development environments and coordinate across organizational boundaries while voluntarily sharing information.
    • Interact cross-functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborate well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing IT Service Management, ITIL processes and Enterprise Service Management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
  • Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development and Rest API-based integrations with 3rd party applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business.
  • Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment.
  • Interacts cross-functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.
  • Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL certified.
  • Strong planning, coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
Languages
  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
