About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Globant.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team of over 27,000 talented professionals, collaborating with industry leaders like Google, FIFA, and Electronic Arts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications to meet client needs.
  • Lead the development of solutions in client environments, leveraging expertise in ServiceNow.
  • Manage multiple customers, complex projects, and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Architect, develop, deploy, configure, and customize ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • Upper Intermediate conversational skills.
  • Industry and project experience of 3 to 6 years in ServiceNow.
  • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a ServiceNow team and driving solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience architecting, developing, deploying, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow.
  • Strong experience in any of these modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, APM.
