Job Title: Regional Sales Officer

ENGIE Mexico is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Officer to join our team. As a key player in the energy market, we are committed to providing energy and better living conditions to the Mexicans we serve.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our sales strategy, achieving sales margin goals, and driving growth in each region. They will maintain fluid relations with current and potential clients, qualify leads, and negotiate new contracts to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales strategy, prospect, and generate qualified leads to meet revenue targets.
  • Assess market trends, customers, competitors, and industry analyses to identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers.
  • Educate the market and customers on ENGIE capabilities and identify opportunities to address customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities by building senior-level relationships with major customers.
  • Participate in negotiation of key contracts and build strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision makers.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of sales experience, with > 2 years in the Energy and/or Gas sector.
  • Knowledge and strong networking relationships within the Energy and/or Gas sector.
  • Customer centricity, strong writing and presentation skills, and ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft tools, and BI Tools.
  • Fluent in English.
