Inside Sales Representative

About the Role
As a key member of our team at Alfa Laval, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services
- Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to inform sales plans and strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular interactions, including visits and phone calls
- Develop and deliver technical and value quotes that meet customer needs and highlight the unique selling points of our products and services
- Provide advanced technical support to customers during the quotation process
- Utilize CRM tools and other sales software to support the sales process and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in a similar position or industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
