Customer Support Specialist

Misumi Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Customer Engineer to provide technical support to customers and internal teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries related to products, services, and website.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create cross-reference materials for products and develop technical/marketing content.
- Conduct internal training sessions to educate sales, customer service, and inside sales teams on product knowledge and technical aspects.
- Record customer inquiries and generate reports on potential business opportunities for the sales team.
- Identify areas for improvement and report customer issues to the team leader, driving process enhancements.
- Support marketing activities with technical expertise, assisting in the development of product names, descriptions, and simple doubts.
- Contribute to improvement projects related to our e-catalog, including error reporting, translations, and content updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Robotics, Automation, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in design and/or business development, with a strong background in engineering support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with automation, assembly equipment, and industry-related concepts.
