We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join our Client Sales team in Mexico City. As a key member of our expansion team, you will be responsible for strategically working a book of business with inbound prospects and generating outbound opportunities.
Your Impact
- Research and identify new opportunities via phone and web;
- Maintain a high volume of activity, including video meetings, phone calls, email, and social selling;
- Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential corporate clients;
- Sell quickly and in large volume within the SMB market to penetrate and drive business for Wellhub expansion;
- Consistently meet and exceed your monthly sales quota;
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic, and coachable;
- Drive individual success while being a fantastic team player;
- Understand that your success is not enough, and that the success of your team and colleagues is what sustains profitable growth;

Who You Are
- A professional with 3+ years of experience in sales (full cycle);
- Experience working in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry is preferred;
- Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills;
- Ambitious and scrappy metrics-driven self-starter;
- Positive attitude and team spirit;
- Entrepreneurial mindset;
- Extremely coachable and adaptable to change;
- Passionate about helping people achieve a happier and healthier life.
