**About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison. You will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via telephone or direct contact, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records related to order processing.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date on current and former product offerings
- Understand customs paperwork and timing requirements
- Provide timely updates on purchase orders and shipment details
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Maintain accurate records and reports as needed
**Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you should have strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Estimated Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience
