We are seeking a Customer Service Representative at Centris in Monterrey, NL.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to doctors and patients in the US, addressing billing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's experience in customer-facing roles.
- Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level).
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- High attention to detail is essential for this position.
