We are seeking a Customer Service Representative at Centris in Monterrey, NL.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to doctors and patients in the US, addressing billing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding billing issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level).
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • High attention to detail is essential for this position.

Schedule and Compensation:

40 or 48 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 6 pm. Our competitive salary ranges from $15,000.00 to $19,000.00 per month.
