About the Role

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is seeking a skilled professional to fill the Channel Coordinator position.

This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, independent engagement, and customer follow-up to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand complex, multi-channel registration and pricing issues and their associated ramifications. They will be responsible for making recommendations to leadership regarding approvals, discount structures, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture opportunity registrations from various sources, including PowerAdvantage portal, manual internal/external requests, BIDMAN, and PQ Quote tool.
  • Execute a detailed opportunity review process, utilizing Customer 360 (C360), and provide timely and accurate responses to relevant parties in the specified channel.
  • Manage conflict resolution and conflict mitigation processes by collaborating with key stakeholders and sales leadership to make informed decisions.
  • Analyze pricing quotation requests and assign appropriate standard discounts based on a complex deal discount matrix.
  • Generate rebate pricing files for eligible distributors and TSP (VISTA) and PRN (SAP) for non-rebate eligible channels.
  • Communicate with NAS Sales and PQ Business Units regarding large-scale opportunity registrations and provide customer feedback.
  • Analyze and report on SLA adherence, registration volumes, dollar values, product mix, channel mix, and year-over-year (YoY) performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer services, or data analysis, with B2B sales experience and Channel Sales or Channel Distribution experience.
  • Skills: Knowledge of CRM software, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
