Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers on cloud-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives that improve support-related processes and customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services.
  • Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
  • Continuously learn groundbreaking technologies and develop new technical skills.
  • Act as an interviewer in hiring processes and coach/mentor new team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics or related field.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and/or experience with any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience scripting or developing in one or more of the following languages: UNIX Shell, Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java,.NET (C#), JavaScript.
