We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our expansion project, you will be responsible for prospecting new sales opportunities, developing pipelines and closing deals.

**About the Role:**

In this position, you will:

  • Prospect for new sales opportunities and develop a pipeline to close deals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to an appropriate resource
  • Hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets while maintaining consistently strong performance
  • Actively engage in coaching and feedback sessions with your manager and colleagues

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, retention, credit and collections
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a variable compensation package based on your performance. Our comprehensive benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off and career development opportunities.
