Job Overview

Celanese International Corporation is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with expertise in Supply Chain management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate order entry and processing within 24 hours
  • Manage orders defects in the open order report, conducting daily reviews of the portfolio
  • Collaborate with Logistics for timely order tracking and tracing, achieving an OTD of 90% or greater
  • Promptly resolve customer inquiries and cases with minimal supervision, averaging resolution within one day
  • SUPPORT strong partnerships and collaborations to meet firm deadlines on supply chain projects
  • Maintain accurate records and updates of customer master files, ensuring frequent maintenance
  • Entry quality notifications within 24 hours
  • Closure of quality notifications within 30 days
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency required
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service/Account Management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.) and solid MS Excel skills
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain or customer service
  • Good understanding of market dynamics in supply chain logistics
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to self-manage incoming requests and demands based on deadlines and business/customer requirements
