**Responsibilities:**
• Respond to player inquiries, concerns, and technical issues with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support.
• Assist players with game-related questions, troubleshooting, and account issues.
• Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions, showing empathy and understanding towards player concerns.
• Collaborate with the team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Document and report recurring player issues to the senior support team.
• Contribute to the development of player support resources, such as FAQs and tutorials.
• Stay informed about game updates, changes, and known issues to provide accurate information.
• Promote positive interactions within the gaming community and help enforce community guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for gaming and a good understanding of game mechanics.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing support needs.
• Basic technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot common gaming issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
**Compensation:** 18,000.00 MXN/Monthly
