About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced leader with excellent people skills, strong business acumen, and an entrepreneurial attitude to be our Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building a high-performance Customer Success Team and ensuring the satisfaction, retention, safety, and success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead a team to successfully achieve Moove's launch and scale goals.
- Drive KPI success across metrics such as driver satisfaction, retention, and churn.
- Develop and implement processes, tools, and tracking to understand the success of the team.
- Analyse telematics data and develop proactive training for our customers.
- Ensure driver safety and implement initiatives to improve operations, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the City Manager to drive projects and resolve operational or product issues.
- A keen sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to inspire, comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience, or less if you're an overachiever.
- Operational experience; knowledge of the automotive/ride-hailing/fleet industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- Balancing attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and well.
- Ability to prioritise important and urgent activities.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
