Your New Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Coordinator to join our Finance department. As a key member of our team, you'll provide administrative support to multiple VPs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to VPs, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reconciliation.
  • Lead and manage team projects and events, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure prompt payment and accurate invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Attend department meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items to team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate administrative assistant or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of working in a hybrid work environment, supporting multiple locations and executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, DocuSign, and Adobe.
