Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team at Lockton, Inc. in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role (broker or insurance company)
  • Degree in economics, administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency
  • Intermediate Excel skills (data management and dynamic tables)
