The Role

We're seeking an experienced Global Affiliate Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll support global affiliate accounts, manage day-to-day operations, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Affiliate Promotions calendar, including all offers, brand assets, and bi-monthly communications
  • Train our frontline support team to deliver exceptional affiliate support and scale the program
  • Track, confirm, and process all payments to Affiliates and Networks, working internally with the Udemy Accounts Payable Team
  • Act as an Admin on the Affiliate Network within the Udemy Affiliate Program
  • Build relationships with long-tail affiliate partners, including identifying potential partners, reaching out, and introducing them to Udemy

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4 years of experience working in affiliate marketing, including working within Affiliate Networks like Rakuten and AWIN
  • Experience in marketing operations, business operations, partner marketing, or project management
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign creation
  • Understanding of accounting/finance and knowledge of contracts and legal agreements
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage cross-functional projects, and have great attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills, with mastery of data analysis in spreadsheets and an understanding of SQL
  • Experience working in Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
