To support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Strategic Retail and Sales Director to join our team in Mexico City. This role presents a unique opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact on the success of our business.

About the Role:
  • This position involves working closely with the Shop Development Team Lead to develop and implement strategic plans for the offline sales department.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating shop performance, as well as maintaining a structured overview of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • The successful candidate will have experience in planning, executing, reporting, and documenting projects, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Additionally, you will be involved in rolling out new Flix shops, supporting existing ones, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
  • We are looking for an exceptional leader who possesses excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, with other languages being an added advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and dealing with diverse stakeholders is essential.

This role includes responsibilities such as developing strategic plans, monitoring shop performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
