Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for managing all sales processes, guiding distributors, and achieving sales targets in Mexico. Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Sales of Metcal products within the assigned territory through effective networking, customer prospecting, and partnership development with distribution and other channel partners">
  • Generating monthly sales and project reports for internal use, analyzing sales statistics to track and predict growth of Metcal brands">
  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities and initiating action plans to secure new business for Metcal brands">
  • Creating training and development programs for channel partners and customers, as well as leading sales teams in Mexico">
  • Traveling extensively (2-3+ weeks per month) to meet with customers, distributors, and sales teams">
  • Performing other duties as assigned by local management">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

  • ">
  • A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in direct sales to contract manufacturing and OEMs, soldering equipment, and tools for electronics manufacturing">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as experience managing sales channels (distribution/sales representatives)">
  • Ability to demonstrate products and find solutions using technical skills, excellent negotiation skills, and strong interpersonal skills">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, ideally located in Guadalajara, Mexico or Tijuana/Mexicali, but must be based in Mexico">
  • Work-level experience with Microsoft Windows environments, sound judgment, and good organizational and strategic selling skills">
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously">

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.
