**Job Summary**

The Leisure Sales Manager is a key role within Ennismore, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the leisure market. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our luxury hotel project in Cancun, Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target key leisure market accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly revenue goals and exceed targets.
  • Prepare and execute action plans to negotiate rates and contracts with clients.
  • Qualify customers and identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
