Ad Sales Director

At 332 Discovery Networks Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V., we're seeking a seasoned Ad Sales Director to lead our Mexico Ad Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with top agencies and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate incentive models with top agencies, ensuring alignment with our regional strategy.
- Track and analyze forecast, revenues, and risk management to achieve monthly goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving growth opportunities and PR initiatives.
- Participate in internal regional meetings, committees, and calls to align with our global strategy.
- Forecast annual and long-range office revenues and budgets, including LRP's and T&E.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Broad knowledge and experience in media, including broadcast TV, pay TV, print, and digital.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams of at least 5 people.
