About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our supply chain operations in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to customers, while also driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet customer demands and improve operational efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory Management: Analyze and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking, while also optimizing storage and transportation costs.
  • Transportation and Warehousing: Manage relationships with 3PL providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation and warehousing services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency in SAP, and experience with warehouse management systems.
