Job Summary

Mondelez España Galletas Production Slu is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Collaboration department, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving business growth through effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead and develop a team of customer service professionals to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems.
