Outbound Sales Development Representative

Yalent is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, connecting with key decision-makers to present Yalent's innovative products and solutions.
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads.
- Set appointments and schedule demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies, driving appointment-setting initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up.
- Stay focused on meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide feedback from outbound sales activities to inform marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
- Develop effective email sequences and outreach strategies to maximize appointment opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote outreach methods such as cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Proven lead generation skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections.
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and other sales technologies.
- Clear understanding of the US market.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
