Job Title: Outbound Sales Development Representative

Yalent is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, connecting with key decision-makers to present Yalent's innovative products and solutions.
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads.
  • Set appointments and schedule demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies, driving appointment-setting initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up.
  • Stay focused on meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide feedback from outbound sales activities to inform marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
  • Develop effective email sequences and outreach strategies to maximize appointment opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote outreach methods such as cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
  • Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Proven lead generation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and other sales technologies.
  • Clear understanding of the US market.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
