Job Description: Salesforce Technical DirectorIn this role, you will lead a team of Salesforce business analysts, consultants, and administrators. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed in alignment with best practices, leading technical design sessions, enforcing standards, and providing guidance on development approaches.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of Salesforce business analysts, consultants, and administrators
- Lead technical design sessions and enforce standards
- Provide guidance on development approaches
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and drive solution delivery
- Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer 1, and Marketing Cloud
- Strong proficiency in declarative and programmatic development
- Able to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Hospitality, or Health Cloud projects implemented in Salesforce
