Our Global Service Center (GSC) has partnered with the Americas region to establish a new GSC hub in Mexico City and a dedicated satellite center in Santos, Brazil. These locations are designed to enhance customer experience by being closer to them, providing multilingual talent availability, standardized processes, and support for growing customer needs.
This role as Revenue Recovery Specialist will involve managing our collections process, offering an opportunity to understand the overall shipping industry.

Job Description:
- Review statements of account, ensuring accuracy and alignment with SLAs and client requirements.
- Identify outstanding invoices and generate call lists/priority lists daily.
- Monitor on-account payments and advise the OTC team on payment application.
- Act as a communication interface between OTC, disputes, and other departments.
- Evaluate high-risk customers for escalation to managers.
- Provide updates on payment applications to the OTC team.
- Manage disputes.
- Respond to or forward emails in a timely manner.
- Liaise with in-country coordinators and sales persons when necessary.
- Adhere to relevant legislation.
- Address customer queries via inbound and outbound calls.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B collections and/or order-to-cash processes.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service in call centers and/or BPO is preferred.
- English language proficiency (oral and written): B2 - C1 required.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Commercial degrees, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- SAP experience is highly desirable.
