Key Responsibilities- Client Account Management
- Review client needs and asset allocation to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Proactively engage with clients to validate their understanding of their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Advise clients on fee-based products and services to enhance their relationships with Citi.
- Review product penetration for assigned clients and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of all client relationships through regular engagement, risk profiling, and financial planning.
- Organize client events to foster strong relationships and enhance client bonding.
- Acquire new CitiGold customers through referral leads and conversion.
- Compliance, Risk & Controls
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance norms.
- Fulfill client needs while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
- Ability to manage relationships both internal and external.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
