About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Catalyst to join our team at Satellite Teams. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to increase our client base and achieve revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ data-driven insights to identify business opportunities and build new business verticals
  • Manage existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
  • Lead the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop and implement an overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • At least 3-4 years of work experience in business development, or consulting
  • Proven track record of Business development management or Territory Sales with B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach, and be a strong persuader and influencer
  • Self-Motivated, meticulous and results-oriented

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $30,000.00 - $33,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience. As a full-time employee, you will also enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
