Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Key Account Specialist to join our Commercial Team in Chihuahua. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop joint business plans and create strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and improve market share.
  • Create a positive consumer value impression on P&G brands by sharing pricing data and analysis in line with competitive pricing objectives.
  • Lead customers to use trade funds to achieve sustainable growth and deliver superior in-store presence in all sales fundamentals.
  • Enable the superhighway by serving on a network or communicating with network channel experts as needed.
  • Develop personal capability and coach others in your area(s) of expertise to drive business results and build the organization's capability.
  • Share and re-apply among other teams to support business growth and development.
  • Maintain appropriate internal controls to ensure the company's assets (informational as well as monetary) are safeguarded.
