Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Marken. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of clinical trial supplies.
- Work closely with internal departments to develop and implement solutions for new business requirements.
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss account status and relevant service issues.
- Proactively track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase business profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a customer service supervisory/management role.
- Experience in the courier or freight industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
