Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Marken. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of clinical trial supplies.
  • Work closely with internal departments to develop and implement solutions for new business requirements.
  • Attend meetings with clients to discuss account status and relevant service issues.
  • Proactively track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase business profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a customer service supervisory/management role.
  • Experience in the courier or freight industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
