About the Role

The Customer Service Manager position is a critical role within AIG's Claims Contact Center, responsible for leading a team of customer service agents and supervisors in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations and interactions comply with company and local government rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple priorities. They will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of service to internal and external clients.

The Customer Service Manager will also be responsible for guaranteeing that the correct validation of policies is carried out, ensuring that adjusters or suppliers make the correct assignment of coverage without economic or reputational risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service agents and supervisors in Mexico
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality of service
  • Guarantee correct validation of policies to prevent economic or reputational risks
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with company and local government rules and regulations
