About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for driving new sales and further developing existing relationships with customers in your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to meet with customers regularly, prospect new accounts, and prepare business plans that include opportunity maps, sales strategies, and resource requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pursue new sales opportunities and grow existing relationships with customers in your territory.
  2. Develop and execute business plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to implement effective sales strategies and overcome obstacles.
  4. Lead the contract review process to ensure client consensus.
  5. Bid for and secure new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the Sciences (strongly preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and/or software sales.
  • Strong technical understanding, business insight, and knowledge of the competition.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
