Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

The Channel Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue through strategic partner relationships. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen, business acumen, and people skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture existing partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and recruit new partner opportunities to expand Glance's reach.
  • Lead sales enablement training for partners to ensure successful adoption of Glance's solutions.
  • Develop customized GTM and marketing plans for key partners to drive business results.
  • Operate with speed, integrity, and transparency across all levels within partner organizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the CX, Contact Center, or SaaS industries.
  • 3+ years of indirect or direct channel experience with technology organizations.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
