About the Role:
This Channel Sales Executive position offers a unique opportunity to join our team and drive growth in the Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing Motorola Solutions' VS&A products and services within your assigned territory.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in video and access control security solutions sales, with a strong focus on customer-facing skills. You will work closely with our Channel Account Managers, Distribution Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers to close new opportunities and support the leadership team in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market Motorola Solutions' VS&A products and services within your assigned territory
- Schedule local promotional work and track sales activities with end-user and distributor opportunities
- Provide information to prospective customers, including pricing, terms of sales, and delivery methods
- Assist with the supervision of installations at end-user sites and ensure proper commissioning of the system
- Attend trade shows and other marketing events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of video and access control security solutions sales experience
- 3+ years of customer-interfacing experience, preferably with end-users
- Strong technical acumen and ability to speak about our products and solutions
- Ability to accurately forecast revenue and develop collaborative relationships
